  • substance use and misuse, and process addictions (porn use, video games, gambling, etc) 

  • overwhelm and stress

  • relationship strain

  • gender identity and sexuality exploration

  • sadness and emotional exhaustion

  • life transitions/self-exploration

  • general wellness

Available for clients 23 years old and up. Couples and individual counseling offered.

Navigate the Peaks and Valleys - counseling for young adults with Down syndrome

The Journey also offers mental health counseling/coaching for young adults and adults with Down syndrome. Let’s navigate:

  • independence and autonomy

  • general wellness

Available for clients 18 years old and up.

*Counseling/coaching for individuals with Down syndrome may not be covered by insurance.
