The Journey is pleased to offer in-network services for the following plans: Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, and Ambetter. UHC, Oscar, and Oxford credentialing coming soon. Self-pay rates can be found on the ‘Insurance and Fees’ tab. For those wishing to utilize out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide a superbill. The client is responsible for communicating with their insurance company if out-of-network benefits are available. Please note, coverage may not be available with all plans in all states. An insurance verification can confirm coverage.

What is a ‘Good Faith Estimate’, and why should I care about it?

The “Good Faith Estimate” or “No Surprises Act” provides transparency for services provided, especially when not utilizing insurance. At The Journey, service fees are clearly explained on our website and, at any time, an itemized superbill will be provided.
