At The Journey, we believe therapy should be accessible. We are pleased to offer therapy in-network with the following plans (self-pay rates can be found in the ‘Fees’ section):

The Journey is in network with BCBS (not BlueHome), Aetna, Cigna, UHC/UMR, Oscar, Oxford, and Ambetter.

Fees

Mental Health/Substance Use Therapy (self-pay):

  • Intake (up to 75 mins) - $200

  • Individual sessions (50 min) - $175

  • Couples sessions (50 min) - $150

Mental Health Counseling/Coaching for Individuals with Down syndrome (self-pay):

  • Intake (up to 75 mins) - $150

  • Individual sessions (up to 50 min) - $125

  • Individual sessions (up to 30 mins) - $75

Clinical Supervision:

  • 1 License - $110

  • 2 Licenses - $125

  • CSI Supervision - $130
